Location: the hotel was so close to all the Tourist area, and airport & the markets. The room was neat with shared bathroom.

This property is in a great and unbeatable location, very close to Metro, bazars and restaursnts and Dubai on business and all the Tourist area and metro station. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with shower and kitchen, as example and care about everyone. Excellent service and the food is affordable.

The hotel was clean. The staff was very welcoming and really good. Friendly service, though a few employees were not that friendly. The location was particularly good, just a short stroll away from Reef Mall. The restaurant was not too far away from the property.

The hotel is clean and feels like a home away from home. the staff at the Reception Desk are respectful and kind. the bed is very comfy and the room is well-maintained with a great view of Baniyas park. the location is good and excellent, in a totally safe area. It is near a subway station, making it easy to travel around.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the easy access to shopping centers and the metro station. The 24-hour free internet and friendly staff, especially Mr. Hanif, made our stay enjoyable. The location near Baniya square was ideal for exploring shops, souqs, and water taxis. The rooms were clean and made up daily without reminders.

The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, with supermarkets, restaurants, and even a nearby abra station to explore Bur Dubai. The staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had a room with a spacious bathroom. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the daily housekeeping was impeccable. The hotel also offered free airport pick-up and drop-off, adding to the value of our stay. a great experience and I will definitely return.
